When we put the Zerosion system together, we built the system to protect flanges and pipeline components, but, we soon learned that in an industry where a variety of assets are exposed to the elements, Zerosion has more uses than just on flanges.
We were lucky enough to be asked to protect larger items, including storage vessels, tanks, and complete pipe-runs; this request was due to the lack of heavy surface prep required for Zerosion application and opened a whole new world.
We soon created Z-SP to protect larger scale assets, Zerosion Surface Protection works similar to Z-FP (Zerosion Flange Protection) but is specifically designed to be applied with large rollers and poles and is UT test-able. The Z-SP system now has pride of place as the “go to” coating system for storge tanks, large scale pipe-runs and roofing systems around the world.
